The Conservatory of Flowers

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. I don’t really know why. I’ve been really busy at work, and moving took a lot of my time and focus- I think it took me I while to really settle here. But I’m back on the blogging train and have a beautiful array of posted line up for this week. I’m going to call it ‘Plant Week’- not very imaginative for a creative person but I’m sticking with it. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll have noticed my fondness of plants- and all things green. It really is something that has developed quickly but I just can’t seem to stop buying plants, looking at plants, talking about plants, plants, plants, plants.

I don’t know what it is but they bring me a lot of happiness, and are truly beautiful in all their different shapes and sizes.

I filled my bedroom as much plantage I could (for now) but I couldn’t get enough, so I headed down to the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park to look at…yes, more plants.

I was in utter heaven, put a bed in there and I’d have set up camp- and lived there forever. I was truly inspired and couldn’t stop taking picture- hence ‘Plant Week’, as I took over 700 photographs and managed to narrow them down to 77 of the best and just had to get them all on here so some of the best are yet to come.

For now enjoy this condensed snapshot of my morning at The Conservatory of Flowers, followed by a little wander around the park.
