Coit Tower & Fisherman's Wharf

Fisherman's Wharf

Saturday was spent getting to know San Francisco a little bit better. We first headed to Coit Tower, which sits on the top of Telegraph Hill. Known for providing some great views of San Francisco and at only $8 to go to the top, it's definitely worth a visit if you're new to the city.

We happened to go on a particularly beautiful day, perfect for the detour you have to take up the hill. If it's not a great day, I'd maybe miss out Coit Tower, the sunny weather made it better.

After Coit Tower, we headed to Fisherman's Wharf after window shopping the food stalls there the previous week. Fisherman's Wharf is known for great seafood, but also is known for being overprice, or so I was told. I didn't find the pricing that bad and the food was delicious, so I was happy to spend a little more. There are some crazy shops there, great souvenirs places for the best/tackiest keyrings and t-shirts.
