Knit on the high street

A quick trip to Beverley with my friend Violet for brunch meant wearing the latest addition to my wardrobe, this beautiful (and very flattering, if I do say so myself) knitted dress from H&M. In spite of the horizontal stripes and the ribbed texture, it hugs you in all the right places, is very forgiving and ideal for those of us who like to eat our own body weight in carbs. #thatsme

I am in love with the colours, and anyone who knows me will be shocked by that statement but I think it’s the perfect combination. Split sides and flared sleeves also make it THE ONE, so go out now, right now and buy it. There will be no regrets!

I felt like being comfy and cosy as the colder weather has started to set in, so the perfect accessories to team with this little stunner (it of course doesn’t need much) was a simple black faux leather jacket and white faux leather trainers.

This taupe backpack has been my go-to recently, and I think this is the beginning of a new love affair (literally an affair, I stole it from my mum). I am now on the hunt for the ultimate black backpack. FYI- anything I love also has to come in a black version!
